Custom Playing Cards FAQs
Yes, we do customize a wide variety of playing cards and game cards.
We accept files in AI, PDF, PSD, PNG, JPEG, TIFF, BMP, .PSD, .AI formats. Please note that all files must have a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.
Electronic sampling, digital paper sampling, or physical digital sampling of products are free of charge, but the shipping cost is paid by the customer. Samples of uncut paper and trial production samples are charged, and shipping costs are also paid by the customer.
Samples of our standard products are $5-10 per pair. Shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Proofing uncut paper and pre-production sample fee will depend on your design color, material, packaging and quantity. The general delivery time is about 14 days after electronic proofing and sample PI confirmation, and 100% payment is received.
Under normal circumstances, our minimum order quantity is 500 sets. However, different products have different materials, processes and costs. We can usually communicate with customers to adjust the minimum order quantity and find the best suitable solution.
